Description
Olathe Public Schools USD 233 is seeking one or more Kansas-licensed real estate brokers to provide on-call, project-by-project services involving the disposition and acquisition of real property. Primary services include commercial real estate market analyses, estimated fair market value determinations, structured strategies for selling, transferring, or exiting ownership of real estate assets, and negotiations conducted with the District. Secondary services may include researching vacant and available spaces and leasing activity, strategic planning for purchases, site-location assistance, commercial lease services, acquisition negotiations, settlements and closings, relocation assistance, records maintenance, litigation support, and preparation or review of deeds, easements, closing documents, and related real estate instruments. Proposers must have at least five years of experience handling complex commercial real estate purchase transactions and must submit a detailed proposal addressing qualifications, approach, experience, references, fees, deviations, a sample letter of engagement, and proposed insurance coverage. The addendum confirms that the Proposal Response Certification must be attached to the front of the proposal and corrects the response deadline to September 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.
