Description
Richard McKenna Charter Schools is requesting non-budgetary quotes for bundled internet access and data transmission services, including one 1–5 Gbps internet service and two WAN links supporting 1–10 Gbps, with fiber preferred. The requested service term is 60 months, with bandwidth upgrades permitted without extending the original term. Quotes must include a leased router, an IP block, all taxes and fees, guaranteed service delivery, and SPI invoicing. The procurement also requests internal-connection equipment and related installation, including 50 feet of cabling, six racks, three 48-port PoE Ubiquiti or equivalent switches, and four UPS battery-backup units or replacement modules. Hardware quotes must identify the manufacturer, model, and SKU and separately identify eligible and ineligible products or services. Vendor price lists and budgetary quotes will not be considered, and equipment or services subject to FCC national-security supply-chain restrictions are ineligible. Bids must specifically address the requested services and be uploaded through the designated portal; emailed bids are not accepted.
