Description
The United States Space Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract for audio/visual services supporting the T-Minus 10-Miler at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The contractor must provide, set up, operate, test, and maintain audio equipment for the starting line, finish line, and awards stage, including outdoor speaker systems capable of covering approximately 3,000 participants over distances up to 2,000 feet, UHF wireless microphones, playlist playback, and independent power solutions. The scope also includes two 96-inch outdoor-capable video screens, a 20-by-10-foot freestanding stage capable of supporting up to 10 people, related equipment and personnel, and submission of the proposed audio system and stage for government approval. The prime contractor must have a supervisor on site whenever work is performed and must directly participate in performance. The contract includes a base year and four potential one-year options, with event support scheduled annually from 2026 through 2030.
