Description
The Government of Prince Edward Island, through the Department of Fisheries, Rural Development and Tourism, is seeking a videography contractor to build an ongoing library of promotional and communications assets for the seafood sector. The work includes planning shoots; filming commercial fishing, aquaculture, harvesting, processing, seafood products, culinary applications, events, retail and food-service environments, and industry stakeholders; and producing short-form social media videos, longer promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, and event coverage. The contractor must provide professional equipment, including camera, lighting, audio, and drone equipment where applicable; perform editing, colour correction, colour grading, audio enhancement, and basic motion graphics; deliver vertical and horizontal files suitable for web, social media, presentations, and digital advertising; provide all unedited footage and, when requested, original camera files; organize and label files consistently; and transfer completed assets digitally. Assignments will be requested as needed throughout the year and may require travel across Prince Edward Island and coordination with a separate photography vendor. The initial agreement term is one year, with two one-year extension options, for a potential maximum term of three years.
