Description
The University of Washington is seeking letters of interest from architectural and design firms for design services for the Husky Hall Replacement Project at the UW Bothell campus. The project will replace an approximately 30,000-GSF single-story facility with a modern three- to four-story academic building of approximately 69,000 GSF, with an estimated project budget of $93,811,402. The proposed facility will include flexible classrooms; space for the School of Business and other academic programs; student engagement and informal learning areas; faculty and staff offices supporting hybrid and HyFlex work; and a multipurpose hall accommodating approximately 300–500 students, faculty, staff, and community partners. Interested firms should demonstrate design innovation, higher-education facility experience, experience with flexible learning and student-centered spaces, multipurpose gathering spaces, and work in active campus environments. The submission is a one-page letter of interest that must include the firm's website.
