Description
Edmonds School District 15 is soliciting proposals for Category 1 telecommunications services serving 37 district sites. The requested services include leased lit fiber at capacities from 10 Gbps to 25 Gbps, leased dark fiber, required equipment to light the fiber, installation and initial configuration, and transitional services while a new provider is brought online. Proposals may address lit fiber, dark fiber, or both, and must include firm unit pricing for future district sites and additional fiber pulls, strands, and relocations during the contract term. Evaluation criteria include price, references, prior experience, service flexibility, qualifications, and certifications. Respondents must have a Service Provider Identification Number, current SPAC paperwork on file with USAC, and Green Light status. The solicitation also requires completion of Appendix C certifications and registration for the mandatory walkthrough.
