Description
The U.S. Coast Guard requires 700 gallons of Mobil DTE 10 Excel 32 hydraulic oil, or an equivalent product meeting the provided material data sheet. The vendor must transport and deliver the oil by truck to the ship, using a 50-foot hose with a male camlock fitting and sufficient length to reach the vessel's fill port. The vendor must provide and maintain 600 feet of boom around the entire ship for the duration of the transfer. The customer will assist with moving and connecting the hose, while the vendor remains responsible for booming and delivery. The driver must possess a Real ID for base access, and the procurement will use a lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation.
