Description
The Town of Moriah is soliciting sealed bids for fuel oil, kerosene, diesel, and propane supplied at a fixed rate. Pricing must be based on the Journal of Commerce (OPIS) Albany, New York weekly rack average plus a fixed markup, and must include delivery. Prices must remain valid from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Tank locations and sizes are available from the Town Clerk's Office. Bidders must submit an executed Non-Collusive Bid Certificate with their bids.
