Description
The Department of National Defence is procuring camouflage fabric strips for Canadian Armed Forces dismounted soldiers and depot-stock replenishment. The requirement includes burlap cloth strips in multiple colors and snow camouflage fabric strips, with firm quantities for all items and destinations. Amendment 003 confirms that 60-yard rolls are acceptable instead of 100-yard rolls, but partial offers are not permitted; suppliers must offer all items and destinations. Products must meet the stated dimensional, material, packaging, marking, and flame-resistance requirements. A manufacturer-issued Certificate of Compliance is required for the applicable items.
