Description
East Hartford Public Schools (EHPS) is soliciting proposals for an AI-driven mentor platform to modernize staff development. The selected platform must integrate directly with EHPS-specific policies, curriculum, instructional frameworks, technology systems, and operational documents to provide accurate, relevant, and consistent guidance. The goal is to offer all certified and classified staff on-demand, job-embedded support, including everyday guidance, interactive practice opportunities, and timely professional growth. The solution should be scalable and move professional learning beyond one-time workshops. The vendor will be required to deliver a comprehensive platform and implementation framework, including AI capabilities for querying district-specific information, role-play simulations, tool assistance guidance, contextual nudges, and role-based security. District integration with EHPS materials is crucial, along with continuous fine-tuning and accuracy adjustments. The scope also includes implementation and adoption support, such as onboarding and training, and accountability through a dedicated account manager and analytics. The contract term is for two years, covering the 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 school years, with an expected duration from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028. Pricing proposals should be submitted for approximately 200 user licenses per year, all-inclusive of platform access, integration, training, support, and analytics. East Hartford Public Schools is exempt from Connecticut Sales Tax.
