Description
This solicitation is for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide an instructor-led Test and Evaluation (T&E) course covering the principles of Capability-Based Test & Evaluation (CBT&E). The training will be delivered by subject matter experts (SMEs) and tailored to the dynamic, mission-focused needs of the workforce. The requirement is for a 2-day, 16-hour course for 25 students. The period of performance includes a base year from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with four option years extending through September 30, 2031. Training locations will vary by year, including San Diego, CA; Virginia Beach, VA; Mayport, FL; Port Hueneme, CA; and White Sands, NM.
