The Capital Regional District is seeking comprehensive risk management services. This includes the development of a risk management program, facilitation and aggregation of operational risks, creation of risk tracking tools, standardization of risk definitions, consolidation of risk registries, identification of gaps, and provision of training for recurring reviews.
