Description
The National Institute of Corrections (NIC) is offering a cooperative agreement to provide virtual instructor-led training (VILT) on staffing analysis. This program aims to enhance and expand staffing analysis training and technical assistance for federal, state, local, and tribal corrections agencies. The training will involve step-by-step instruction and practical completion of a staffing analysis, supported by live virtual instruction, intersession assignments, and individualized coaching. Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations, for-profit organizations, and institutions of higher education. Applicants must agree to waive any profit or fee for services. NIC expects to make one award with a total funding of $200,000 for a 12-month project period.
