Description
The U.S. Department of the Interior, on behalf of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) Branch of Fire Management, intends to award a sole source contract to OMNA INTERNATIONAL LLC for staff ride training. This training is for the National Fire Meeting and will accommodate 100-150 people across a minimum of six conference groups. OMNA INTERNATIONAL LLC, located at 8305 Broadmore Ln, Spotsylvania, VA 22553, is identified as the preferred vendor due to their extensive knowledge and over 20 years of experience partnering with wildland fire organizations, specifically their unique skill in translating military history to current wildfire leadership and organizational needs. The contract will be firm-fixed price and is being awarded under FAR 6.302-1, citing only one responsible source.
