Description
The Putnam County School District is soliciting proposals for professional development and training services designed to enhance employee communication, customer service, professionalism, interpersonal skills, and workplace effectiveness. The goal is to equip participants with practical skills and strategies to improve communication, strengthen relationships, address workplace challenges, and support positive organizational outcomes. Services may be delivered in person, virtually, or through a hybrid format. Vendors must demonstrate at least three years of experience providing comparable services to government agencies, educational institutions, or similar entities. Proposers must provide at least three references for projects completed within the past five years. The District intends to award a contract for an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year periods.
