Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified sources capable of supplying Rational iCombi Pro combi ovens or equal equipment on a nationwide basis. The contemplated requirement includes 10- and 20-full-size electric and natural-gas oven configurations, associated racks, stands, pans, water-filtration equipment, cleaning supplies, and installation kits. Products must meet specified salient characteristics, including steam, convection, and combination cooking modes; programmable touchscreen controls; remote connectivity; automatic cleaning; temperature tracking; humidity control; recipe management; grease collection or separation; water filtration; temperature ranges from at least 90°F to 550°F; and a minimum 12-month parts-and-labor warranty. The contemplated contract would also include pre-installation site consultations, certified installation, chef-led application training, annual or more frequent preventive maintenance, corrective service, filter changes, software updates, emergency service, and post-warranty support. Respondents must provide technical literature mapping offered products to each salient characteristic, service-plan information, company and manufacturer details, UEI/CAGE and SAM-registration information, business size, country of origin, national supply capability, and a current OEM-certified authorized distributor letter.
