Description
Shelby County Schools is soliciting four ventless cook-and-hold ovens designed for 208V, single-phase electrical service. Bidders must submit pricing using the provided Bid Form and bid on all listed items. The solicitation includes requirements concerning delivery, specification compliance, deviations, subcontracting, and possible cooperative purchasing by other governmental and educational entities. The bid package requires multiple completed certifications and acknowledgments, including non-collusion, debarment, anti-bribery, addenda acknowledgment, nondiscrimination, Tennessee non-boycott of Israel, Iran Divestment Act, and lobbying certifications when applicable. Bidders must also submit proof of insurance or a completed insurance certification showing specified commercial general liability, automobile liability, employers liability, and workers' compensation limits.
