Description
The City of Phoenix seeks a construction manager at risk to provide preconstruction and construction services for a new 12,000-square-foot branch library and half-street improvements. The road work is on the north side of Lower Buckeye Road between Fire Station 62 and the Pecan Promenade Shopping Center; the library will be built near West Lower Buckeye Road and South 99th Avenue within the planned Sierra Estrella Park. The selected contractor will coordinate with the designer of record and City staff to support an efficient design approach. Estimated construction cost is $9.7 million. A Small Business Enterprise goal will be established before construction begins.
