Description
The project requires replacement of the existing water-source heat pump system in the Technology Center and conversion from a geothermal source to a boiler/tower source. The contractor must replace all piping and equipment, extend gas piping to serve new high-efficiency boilers, and replace the HVAC controls in their entirety. Existing ductwork that remains must be cleaned, sanitized, and sealed. Temporary HVAC equipment is required for occupied areas throughout the project. The estimated project cost is $5,204,000, with an estimated duration of 224 days to substantial completion plus 30 days to final completion.
