Description
The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Campbell is establishing a repository of interested small businesses for future, requirement-specific purchase orders involving commercial and institutional building construction and related facility support. Anticipated work includes facility construction, repair, alteration, maintenance, carpentry, masonry, welding, roofing, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil and site work, drainage, earthwork, utilities, demolition, hoist and crane inspection and repair, environmental and energy-conservation work, logistics, and other infrastructure support. This notice is for market research and repository enrollment, not a current solicitation or contract award. Future purchase orders are anticipated to range from $2,000 to $9,000,000 and will separately specify their scope, location, schedule, submission requirements, evaluation criteria, licensing, bonding, insurance, and other terms. Responding firms must be small businesses, maintain active SAM registration and a valid UEI, and be able to satisfy installation-access, insurance, bonding, licensing, and other requirement-specific conditions. A capability statement must be submitted by email and include company information, points of contact, socioeconomic status, bonding and licensing information, and SAM-registration information.
