Description
The project requires asbestos-containing materials to be removed from two residential structures before demolition. Work includes demolishing the structures and specified associated features, removing and legally disposing of debris, and restoring the affected land through filling, grading, seeding, and mulching. The contractor must coordinate utility termination, obtain required permits, and comply with applicable asbestos-abatement, demolition, and erosion-control requirements.
