Description
The Town of Thompson, Sullivan County, New York, is soliciting bids for the Emerald Green Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase 2 Upgrade Project. The work includes general construction upgrades such as influent channel improvements, SBR tank improvements, construction of new SBR tanks, sludge dewatering building construction, instrumentation and SCADA improvements, bypass pumping equipment, tank cleaning services, pump station construction, and yard piping. Electrical construction involves upgrading electrical service and providing power to various equipment. HVAC and plumbing construction are also included for new and existing buildings. The project is funded by the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation under the Clean Water State Revolving Fund and a Water Infrastructure Act Grant. Bidders must comply with state and federal wage rates and M/WBE requirements.
