Description
Great Rivers Greenway is requesting qualifications from law firms to provide comprehensive legal services on an as-needed basis beginning in 2027. The selected firm or firms may support district operations, monthly board and committee meetings, litigation, legal research and writing, pleadings, memoranda, legislation, elections, federal grants, Sunshine Law requests, procurement, professional services and construction contracts, intergovernmental agreements, real estate, construction litigation, sales tax, employment, liability, ADA, public financing, and insurance matters. Respondents must be licensed and in good standing with the Missouri Bar Association and the State of Missouri, and must demonstrate relevant capacity, experience, and success. Submissions must address firm qualifications and assigned personnel, similar-client experience, three references, availability and approach, contract-routing and artificial-intelligence practices, conflicts, ownership, contract-term exceptions, and detailed fees and expenses for 2027 through 2031. The agency may select one or multiple firms and may conduct interviews before negotiating contracts.
