The Naval Air Systems Command, on behalf of the F/A-18 and EA-18G Program Office, intends to award a firm-fixed-price delivery order against existing sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement N00019261002 to The Boeing Company. The requirement covers manufacturing, assembly, and installation support for Engineering Change Proposal 6315C3 Navigation Warfare A-Kits supporting United States Navy and Royal Australian Air Force F/A-18 and EA-18G aircraft configurations. This is a sole-source procurement and not a request for competitive proposals. The anticipated period of performance is approximately 17 months beginning in December 2026. Potential subcontractors are directed to seek opportunities through Boeing's Small Business Liaison Officer.
