Description
The Florida Department of Revenue intends to purchase BlueCrest Infinity Plus permit printers and proprietary components for its existing high-speed integrated envelope and printing solution. The required items include three Infinity Plus Permit Printers; three DC Key Legacy MOS printer and stacker units; power cords; network cable assemblies; leg assemblies; washers; screws; zipper bags; outer decks; custom templates; DC Key PPMCP interfaces; and 10 units of SSE/TAC support labor for integration, installation, and training. All equipment and components must be compatible with the Department's existing BlueCrest equipment and proprietary software environment. The agency states that BlueCrest is the sole provider of its equipment, authorized maintenance services, and copyrighted software updates, and that unauthorized maintenance may void applicable hardware and software maintenance agreements. The estimated purchase amount is $200,000 for a 12-month term. This is an intended single-source purchase notice, not a solicitation for bids or proposals; prospective vendors must provide written information demonstrating their ability to supply the required commodities or services.
