Description
The City of Medicine Hat is seeking qualified training providers to deliver general municipal training services supporting the ongoing development and upskilling of its workforce. The services will provide employees and leaders with practical learning opportunities that strengthen general workplace capabilities, improve organizational effectiveness, and help the City respond to emerging workforce and service-delivery challenges. The opportunity is a competitive, open Request for Proposals. The estimated contract period is 35 months, with a proposed start date of November 9, 2026. Detailed deliverables are described in Appendix D, RFP Particulars, Section A.
