PAHO is seeking a service provider to plan, prepare, coordinate, and deliver a mhGAP Training of Trainers program in Curaçao. The scope includes three approximately two-hour virtual Training of Trainers sessions, one approximately four-hour in-person practical session, and technical support for an in-person mhGAP training program conducted by newly trained facilitators. Approximately six to eight participants will take part in the Training of Trainers component, and approximately 50 professionals are expected to receive mhGAP training. The provider must prepare agendas, presentation materials, participant exercises, and supporting documentation; coordinate with stakeholders and participants; and submit a completion report covering activities, participation, attendance, and recommendations. The evaluation emphasizes relevant mental-health or public-health training experience, Training of Trainers and health-sector capacity-building experience, familiarity with WHO mhGAP or similar methodologies, experience with health professionals in Curaçao or other Dutch islands, and the ability to deliver both virtual and in-person training. The solicitation requests separate technical and financial proposals and a curriculum vitae.
