Description
The Department of Water Resources seeks a contractor to develop and deliver project management training based on Project Management Institute practices and tailored to the department’s policies, procedures, systems, and current projects. The scope includes project management application workshops, an essentials seminar, and a fundamentals workshop, delivered in person or online, with training materials for participants. The contractor will also analyze existing practices and provide practical guidance to help establish consistent project management processes. The solicitation also requests 1,000 hours of consulting support, including reviewing and commenting on project management documents and tools, customizing training, and developing training materials. Proposals must include a technical work plan, personnel qualifications and resumes, experience, three references, a cost proposal, and required certifications and DVBE participation documentation. Key personnel must meet specified project management experience, teaching experience, professional certification, and California state-process experience requirements.
