Description
The work includes erection of owner-furnished equipment; drilled piers and foundations for the pipe support rack, building, equipment pads, gas yard, and other structures; excavation, concrete, testing, and backfill; structural steel and related supports, joists, decking, grating, guardrails, ladders, and connections; structural steel connection design; and elevated concrete floor slabs. The listed work is not exhaustive; the project documents define the full scope. The bid package also requests contractor qualifications and experience, references, a safety plan and EMR, a quality plan, Inflation Reduction Act narratives addressing prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and domestic content, subcontractor and specialty-provider qualifications, a preliminary construction schedule with estimated on-site manpower, equipment vendor data, present commitments, a sealed bid form, and bid security.
