Description
The Erie County Water Authority is soliciting separate bids for four prime contracts: general construction, plumbing construction, HVAC construction, and electrical construction. The project involves building a detached post-and-beam garage and storage building with open storage bays, conditioned maintenance and storage areas, a toilet room, and associated doors and equipment. The work also includes new water, gas, electrical, lighting, and low-voltage services; a concrete cold-patch pad; a gravel pipe-storage area; and site improvements, including an access road, stormwater detention and bioretention systems, a grinder-pump structure, and relocation of existing storm and sanitary systems. Bids require bid security, and bidders must provide a Certificate of Registration under Section 220-I of New York State Labor Law. The stated total MWBE goal is 10%.
