The South Dakota Department of Health is conducting an informational Request for Information to identify organizations interested in serving as subrecipients under the Title X Family Planning Program. Requested capabilities include family planning education and counseling; contraceptive services and supplies; pregnancy testing and counseling; STI testing and treatment; HIV screening and prevention; preconception and reproductive life planning; basic infertility services; related preventive health services; community education and outreach; and referrals to medical or social services. Respondents should describe their organization, current health or social service programs, existing family planning or reproductive health capacity, populations and geographic areas served, staffing and clinical capabilities, electronic health record or reporting systems, ability to meet Title X confidentiality and data-reporting requirements, interest in becoming a subrecipient, anticipated onboarding or expansion timeline, and training or technical-assistance needs. Responses must be submitted as readable PDF files by email or mail. This RFI is exploratory and does not commit the department to funding or entering into a contract.
