Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking an individual consultant to provide independent, deliverable-based technical advisory services for the CONTRAconnect project. The assignment covers clinical quality assurance for family planning, long-acting reversible contraception, and adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health; provider mentorship and competency tools; contraceptive commodity quantification, inventory analysis, forecasting, and supply recommendations; service and DHIS data-quality review; and institutional capacity and sustainability planning for government ownership of the kiosk network. The consultant will produce reports, standards, checklists, supervision and training materials, commodity analyses, data-validation outputs, a costed transition plan, standard operating procedures, and a knowledge-transfer package. The contract is an individual, lump-sum, deliverable-based engagement for 12 months and approximately 90 working days, with six bimonthly payment periods. A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and at least seven years of relevant professional experience are required; a master's degree is advantageous. The proposal must include an offeror declaration, CV or P11 with references, a brief technical proposal, and an all-inclusive financial proposal in Nigerian naira.
