Description
The County seeks qualified providers to deliver high-risk counseling, domestic violence services, and/or parent education to children and families referred through family reunification and family maintenance programs. Counseling may be individual or group-based and address concerns such as anxiety, trauma, depression, anger management, boundaries, and conflict management. Domestic violence services include group services for victims and offenders, while parenting education must use evidence-based, age-appropriate curricula and be offered in a group setting. The scope also includes behavioral health assessments, service planning, client engagement, progress monitoring, court letters and progress reports, and monthly and quarterly reporting. The RFP anticipates referrals for 245 counseling clients, 96 domestic violence clients, and 214 parenting education clients. The initial agreement period is July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with possible year-to-year extensions for up to two years beyond the initial expiration date.
