Description
This Sources Sought notice requests capability statements from businesses interested in providing propane supply and delivery services to the Cheyenne River Health Center. The requirement includes supplying propane in approximately 3,000-gallon loads or other quantities as needed, filling two 500-gallon tanks before transferring the remaining fuel to a 12,000-gallon storage tank, and maintaining sufficient inventory for timely deliveries. Deliveries must be made within 24 hours of a request, with safe handling and spill response in accordance with applicable requirements. Responses should describe the respondent’s capabilities, capacity, relevant experience, management approach, business status, and other information useful for acquisition planning. The capability statement is limited to 10 single-sided pages, including attachments, and must use single spacing, at least 12-point font, 8.5-by-11-inch pages, and one-inch margins. This is market research only; it is not a solicitation and will not result in an award.
