Description
The Indian Health Service is soliciting firm-fixed-price, non-personal healthcare services equivalent to two full-time Certified Nurse-Midwives. The contractor must provide outpatient prenatal, intrapartum as applicable, postpartum, gynecological, family-planning, and women's primary care, along with shared 24/7 obstetric emergency on-call coverage, emergency-department response, clinical documentation, care coordination, and quality-improvement participation. The contractor must furnish and manage qualified personnel, including recruitment, scheduling, credentialing, privileging, licensure and certification maintenance, supervision, replacement coverage, professional liability insurance, and required training. The contract has a three-month base period and three three-month option periods, for a maximum of 12 months. Proposals must include a price schedule, technical capability information, management approach, recent and relevant past performance, required representations and certifications, and the attached Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form.
