The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Norfolk District is soliciting an unrestricted indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple-award contract for multidiscipline architect-engineer and other engineering services. The work will provide design support primarily for construction projects within or assigned to the Norfolk District Area of Responsibility and will support all Norfolk District programs. Contract capacity may be shared with the North Atlantic Division Area of Responsibility and other Department of War agencies or U.S. Army Corps of Engineers districts with Contracting Officer approval and contractor acceptance. Services are being procured under the Selection of Architects and Engineers Statute, commonly known as the Brooks Act. The notice identifies a five-year base period plus a six-month option period, with total contract capacity not to exceed $240,000,000.
