Description
This solicitation is for sole source repair services for the KC-135 Multipoint Refueling System. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/requirements contract with a five-year length, consisting of a one-year basic period and four one-year option periods. The contract includes the option to extend services and the term of the contract. The scope of work involves the repair, overhaul, teardown, test, and evaluation of various components of the KC-135 Multipoint Refueling System. These components include, but are not limited to, fuel access door assemblies, hose drum door assemblies, aircraft pylons, torque drum units, drogue assemblies, park brake actuators, hose jettison units, pod controllers, manifold valves, control valves, spill valve assemblies, snubbing valve assemblies, straight pins, motor drive units, air-driven generators, power supply units, flight refueling pods, gear assemblies, gearboxes, hose drum drive units, winding handle assemblies, and hydraulic motors.
