Description
This solicitation is for the repair, testing, and inspection of aircraft control panels (P/N: 1680-01-687-7963). The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, parts, and test equipment to return these units to a Ready For Issue (RFI) condition. Repairs must adhere to specified drawings and repair manuals, with any deviations requiring Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) approval. The contractor must maintain a quality system compliant with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 and a calibration system meeting ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 or equivalent standards. Parts and materials used must be new and in accordance with applicable drawings and specifications, unless otherwise approved by the PCO. The contractor shall also provide a proper enclosed warehouse environment for storage of items awaiting repair and repaired assets awaiting shipment.
