Description

The County of Orange Sheriff-Coroner Department is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified architect-engineer firms to establish an on-call, usage-based contract for contract administration and project management support services. Services will support various capital and maintenance-repair projects across the department’s facilities, including project development, estimating, scheduling, cost and document control, design-phase coordination, bidding support, construction administration, progress payment review, change-order evaluation, reporting, and project closeout. The contract is anticipated to run for three years, with a maximum compensation of $1,500,000 and no guaranteed usage. Respondents must demonstrate at least 10 years of relevant contract-management/project-management experience, at least five comparable projects completed or in progress within the past 10 years, qualified personnel, references, and the ability to provide the required insurance and security-clearance support for personnel accessing Sheriff facilities. Responses must include a cover letter/executive summary, compliance certifications, company profile, qualifications and references, staffing information, approach, and related supporting materials. A 50-page limit applies, with one electronic PDF statement and a Word version of Part 3 required.
