Description
The State of Mississippi, Department of Finance and Administration, Office of Purchasing, Travel and Fleet Management, is soliciting proposals from manufacturers to enter into a nonexclusive, negotiated contract for the provision of automotive parts and equipment. The contract will be effective from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, with no renewal periods. Pricing must be firm for the 12-month term, and all items must be discounted at least 10% from the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). The contract covers a wide range of automotive parts and equipment categories, including engines, brakes, filters, electrical components, transmissions, and more. Manufacturers must submit a proposal letter, a dealers list, a price list, and, if applicable, a purchase summary and attestation form. The proposal must be submitted electronically through the State of Mississippi's e-procurement system (MAGIC) by the deadline. The contract will be awarded to all manufacturers that submit compliant proposals with competitive prices.
