Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking firm-fixed-price quotations for repair of aircraft components: one PANEL, CONTROL ELEC, part number 712940-1, and two MULTICHANNEL units, part number 712860-1. The schedule identifies NSNs 6110-01-433-4990 and 6220-01-435-0198, respectively, and includes potential increased-quantity options. The requirement is unrestricted but is anticipated to be awarded on a sole-source basis to G.E. Aviation or an OEM-authorized repair center. Offerors must provide pricing using the schedule and, if not the OEM, demonstrate access to applicable technical directives. Technical acceptability also requires applicable airworthiness certification, OEM authorization documentation identifying the scheduled part numbers, a list of subcontractors that may perform the work, and confirmation that a Certificate of Conformance will be provided. The resulting order will require traceability, packaging and marking compliant with the stated requirements, and applicable airworthiness, conformance, and PMA documentation.
