Description
The City of Buchanan Downtown Development Authority is soliciting proposals for the purchase and delivery of commercial-grade, outdoor-rated Christmas and holiday lights and decorations for downtown use. Requested items include a lighted ornament arch, lighted Santa sleigh, ornament stack, snowflake pole lights, 2,000 commercial single-strand tree lights, curtain-style lights, pre-lit wreaths, commercial icicle lights, and two pre-decorated, pre-lit trees. Non-colored lights must be warm-white LEDs, and substitutions for like products may be considered. Responders must provide itemized pricing, delivery terms and lead time, delivery charges if applicable, warranty information, payment method and other bid terms, and three references for similar work. The buyer will install, remove, and store the decorations; the vendor is responsible for delivery no later than November 18, 2026.
