Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a complete, device-level inspection and testing program for the controls on three hot water condensing boilers. The work includes two boilers at one campus and a third at another, with documentation sufficient for review by the VA, the Joint Commission, the National Fire Protection Association, and the Authority Having Jurisdiction. A firm-fixed-price service contract is anticipated, with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
