Description
The Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library seeks a qualified Construction Manager as Constructor to provide professional services for the Irvington Branch Renovation Project. The selected offeror is expected to work with the Library to establish an agreed-upon guaranteed maximum price. The notice states utilization goals based on cumulative contract work of 15% for minority-owned businesses, 8% for women-owned businesses, 1% for disability-owned businesses, and 3% for veteran-owned businesses.
