Description
The City of Philadelphia Law Department seeks a professional photography business for its annual all-staff photo. The selected vendor must photograph approximately 280 staff members, one Chiefs and Chairs group of approximately 16 people, and one Executive Team group of 10 people. Photography will occur at the Saucer Building in LOVE Park from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on October 6, 2026, with October 8, 2026, designated as the rain date; the vendor is also requested to conduct a site survey on October 2, 2026. The scope includes printing two 12-by-18-inch matte, unframed copies of the 2025 Law Department staff photo; 10 8.5-by-11-inch matte, unframed copies of the 2025 Law Department staff photo; 10 copies of the 2025 Chiefs and Chairs photo; and 10 copies of the 2025 Executive Team photo. The opportunity is open exclusively to professional photography businesses, and all items must be quoted to be eligible for award.
