Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking a sole-source contractor to repair or modify 15 valve mod-thrust units, NSN 7R-2530-015854970-P8, in accordance with TDP Version 001. Delivery is FOB origin. The requirement is subject to applicable Free Trade Agreement and World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement provisions. Government source approval is required before award. Offerors that are not already approved sources must submit all information required by the NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Source Approval Brochure with their proposals; incomplete source-approval submissions will not be considered. The notice states that the Government lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with a source other than the current source.
