Description
Jordan School District is soliciting an authorized Epson reseller for the one-time purchase of ten Epson AM-C6000 color copiers. The scope includes assembly, setup, and training; ongoing maintenance and supply plans are not required. The submission requires documentation demonstrating compliance with the mandatory minimum requirements, acknowledgement of the solicitation and substitution restrictions, a completed cost sheet, pricing on the bidder’s usual quote sheet, a W-9, a completed Vendor Information Sheet, and a response regarding the district’s Utah State Tax Commission exemption certificate. An URS Post-Retired Verification Form is required if the bidder has not previously received a Jordan School District purchase order. Proposed exceptions or additions to the district’s standard terms and conditions may be submitted optionally in Microsoft Word format.
