Description
The Central New York Regional Transportation Authority is soliciting bids for a five-year contract covering preventive maintenance and repair services for office printing, scanning, and fax equipment at five facilities. The equipment includes Konica Minolta and Xerox multifunction printers with quarterly or semiannual maintenance schedules, and the scope may expand to newly acquired equipment or exclude decommissioned machines. The successful bidder must provide manufacturer-recommended maintenance, wear components, firmware updates, cleaning, calibration, repairs, service calls, meter readings, and all normal-operation consumables, including toner and waste-toner containers; paper and staples are excluded. Additional repairs require prior approval and separate quotation. Service must be performed during normal business hours, with technical support within one business day, qualified or manufacturer-authorized technicians, detailed service logs, and use of the buyer’s approved remote-support system when remote access is necessary. Pricing is requested for black-and-white and color per-page rates, overage rates, repair labor, materials markup, travel, and annual escalators.
