Description
Port San Antonio is soliciting proposals from qualified audiovisual systems integrators to provide a turnkey modernization of AV and unified communications infrastructure in four conference rooms at its campus. The scope includes design, equipment furnishing, installation, programming, commissioning, testing, training, documentation, and post-installation support. The project replaces the boardroom projector and lift with an approximately 16-by-10-foot modular magnetic direct-view LED video wall; replaces displays in three medium rooms with 80- to 100-inch commercial 4K displays; deploys Microsoft Teams Rooms in the three medium rooms and a dual-platform Microsoft Teams Rooms/Zoom Rooms system in the boardroom; installs AI speaker-tracking cameras, touch-panel controls, room-scheduling panels, wireless content casting, managed PoE network switches, cabling, and related control infrastructure. Existing Biamp DSP platforms, microphones, and selected loudspeakers must be retained, re-integrated, reprogrammed, and commissioned. Proposals must address technical compliance, qualifications and references, project phasing, warranties and support, design documentation, and itemized per-room pricing.
