Description
The City of Social Circle is seeking Statements of Qualifications from Georgia-licensed engineering firms to provide on-call professional engineering services for municipal street improvement and stormwater management projects. Potential assignments may support capital improvement programs, in-house repair and maintenance projects, and technical assistance, with scopes including preliminary engineering, field investigations, surveying, environmental and regulatory permitting, cost estimating, grant and loan funding assistance, project closeout, project design, construction services, plan review, and project management. Respondents must demonstrate municipal street and stormwater experience, experience with projects funded through programs such as GEFA, CDBG, WIIF, LMIG, TAP, and TIP, adequate staffing capacity, and professional liability insurance. Statements of Qualifications must address the firm's history and locations, key personnel and Georgia registrations, up to five relevant reference projects, project management approach, billing rates, compensation methods, and three municipal references. The City may establish an on-call consultant pool and issue task orders, but placement in the pool or contract award does not guarantee work.
